The property was well-kept, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great the amenities that they provide really helps on coming guests. I will stay here again and recommend this hotel.

I thought the hotel was very beautiful! And the staff were amazing! I just thought the extra charges for the indoor & out door pools was a bit excessive. I think hotel guests should have lower complimentary rates for the use of the indoor pool in particular & the hot tub should be at a higher temperature for greater therapeutics!

This place ruined our trip First family trip to Japan . The pictures on Expedia site are not the real rooms you get . The beds were like cement and 1 third the size of the rooms we booked . My back is killing me after staying 6 days . The breakfast we bought for 4 people and six days . We used 2 days and then went to the Marriott for a real breakfast. The veranda to sit outside had dirty cushions . I would never stay here again and will have words with Expedia and my credit card company when I get home !
