We stayed at Hanoi Solis Hotel as a family of four, with two kids aged 9 and 13, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. A special thank you to Ding, who arranged everything for us—from airport transfers to local tours—making our stay completely stress-free. His attention to detail and kindness made a big difference. One of the loveliest touches was a handwritten note from the management waiting in our room upon arrival. It made us feel truly valued and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was perfect for our family—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, which offered delicious meals that pleased both adults and kids, and the Solis Bar was a fantastic place to relax in the evening with a beautiful view over Hanoi. This is the ideal location for exploring Ha Noi . The staff was very accommodating.

The staff were friendly, helpful and all around amazing.

The view from our room was spectacular. Walkable to city center. Didn’t like that they allowed smoking in the balcony so we didn’t get to go out at the balcony and enjoy mountain air that much. Our neighbor smoked all day. Also staff at the reception were all over the place talking in loud voices didn’t seem like a 5 star hotel staff would do.
