We enjoyed our stay. The location is a little too large and crowded for our liking. The food options were not very good. Out of all the restaurants we went to we never tasted anything we actually enjoyed.
A good tip for exhausted travelers would be to let them check in and get to their rooms then try to book extra options a little later once they’ve had some time to unwind.

Amazing experience at Moon Palace. This hotel is great, the atmosphere, the activities and the friendliness. We loved everything about our stay. We would like to say thank you to Chad and Omar Babba, they really took care of us and were amazing. I will definitely be coming back here!

The resort was marketed at luxury but was a little underwhelming. It took hours for check-in and we were left to wait in an extremely hot lobby. The information was not clear on what kind of liquor was included in the package. The room was nice but not very clean once we checked in. The cleaning crew only came in 1 time to clean over our entire stay. I would say the best part of the resort was the food. I rate this resort 3/5.

"The food options were plentiful, the room was comfortable, the property was beautiful, and the amenities were easily accessible. The only thing was the mosquitoes were bad in the room. Should probably provide customers something to deal with them."
