This is an extremely peaceful and relaxing getaway, rooms are more traditional but lovely and I love the private porch, staff were amazing, beach was amazing . I would definitely recommend

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable. Check-in and check-out both took much longer than expected. When we arrived, the resort was upgrading its room key system, which left us unable to access our room for several hours. It was frustrating after a day of travel.
Another thing to be aware of is that there are no elevators to the guest rooms, so if you’re on an upper floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs.
The staff was friendly, and the property itself was nice enough. If you’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort before, this is probably a good starter resort. However, if you’re an experienced all-inclusive traveler, you may find it falls short compared to other resorts in the same category.

I liked that they cater to the different age groups and most of the staff were pleasant. The entertainment was good and it is indeed a family resort.

"The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. It did have a slight smell and I’m sure it was from the hall carpet from hurricane. Best part about that is my last day there they were closing to remodel. My husband and I are waiting for the opening to book next year."
