This was my first time staying with this brand and I will definitely return. The entire property was spotless. It smelled amazing from the time we walked in. The staff was exceptional, they were friendly, informative, and accommodating. Can’t wait until my next stay😍

We had a few hiccups with the room and room service, but overall the staff was really friendly and the hotel was in a good location. Rooms were rather small (shotgun style) and it can be noisy if you’re not on the very top floor. Overall, I felt like I’ve stayed in nicer Kimpton with better amenities. Shout out to Fernando!!

The water pressure was terrible. It took forever to take a shower. My wife could not rinse out shampoo of her hair. I think that in itself made the hotel experience so poor we will not return. Other guests experienced the same.
Also there is a lack of lights and outlets in the room. We asked for another lamp, but it didn't do much. The staff was nice, but the room isn't equipped to host guests.
Cutouts for safety units i.e. sprinklers looked temporary and not finished grade. Not what to expect of a nice hotel.

Amenities were definitely mediocre and not up to par compared to the price of the hotel room.
The breakfast restaurant on the main floor had rude waiters and the breakfast was definitely overpriced and not worth it.
The bed was the best part.
