Great location. Friendly staff. Liked that the pool was open till 10pm, great to cool off at the end of the day.

The hotel room was clean in a good location. We stayed in a premium king and the room was very large and mattress was very comfortable. The hotel has a very good Chinese Sichuan restaurant. The breakfast at the hotel is halal and is served buffet style.

The bed side lights were not working or switch for them was hidden or not easily seen in my room 10 09 Breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other hotels such as Sheraton port Douglas . No one pointed out the chef making omelettes, No coffee was provided by staff Only coffee I saw was pulled coffee from an urn Not many yogurt options . No signage or inadequate signage for toilets and changing rooms at swimming pool . No buffet dinner available as far as I could see in the evening which would be a great option for travelling clients . No face soap offered in bathroom only hand wash and body lotion Plus things I appreciated , heated swimming pool which was large on level 5 . clean Towels on loungers a, great fast lifts Great comfortable bed with clean cotton linen . Good attentive staff and customer service above normal , help with getting taxi appreciated

The staff is very attentive to all our needs. The spa is best we’ve experienced! Wildlife viewing from our room and restaurants was incredible! This resort is a fantastic adventure, especially for couples.
