Room clean staff good great location

I absolutely loved this property it had the right amount of busy but calm/quiet charm in a safe suburb at the right times. Staff both front desk and back house excellent service provided. As a single female traveling alone as a lot of us are doing these days the parking arrangements are safe, simple and easy. The safety of this property for me was above reproach and I’ve travelled quite extensively during my time on active duty. I greatly recommend getting a garden view room and highly regard this place as top tier places to have stayed at during peak season and especially now during fall/winter months. I took extra care to rent a car and even joyed getting use driving on the left side of the road.

Very convenient location for what we needed (next to Due Drop). Restaurant downstairs which we dined at twice - good food, fair prices. And also located next to lone star and a few other shops. Easy to get to off motorway.

In comparison to 4.5 star hotels in Asia this is hotel not at that level. But it is comfortable with a good size room, and located near the airport so convenient for travel. Parking $10 per night.

Great property, close to everything.

We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉
