Our stay in Tokyo was great. Staff were friendly, amenities were wonderful, and our hotel was nice and clean. Also the hotel is close to a train station making it easy to get from place to place.

Beautiful property. The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The surrounding area is very nice with ample restaurants and a small minimart attached to the hotel. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel was great. The room was clean and the staff was excellent. The amenities were excellent, as well.

Great location to trains, many food options, & 7-11 connected to the hotel. Staff was great, good size room. Sad the terrace with Godzilla was closed but overall would stay here again.

Rooms were small and a little outdated

The hotel has a very nice backyard garden… good breakfast, and clean room. The hotel is partly under renovation, but still capable to provide quality service to its guests

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The breakfast was exceptional - a great variety of fresh, delicious options that made starting each day a pleasure. The spa facilities were amazing and provided the perfect way to relax and unwind. The staff were truly outstanding - friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The room itself was fantastic, but the real highlight was the breathtaking view. Waking up to such beautiful scenery each morning made the entire experience even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect combination of excellent service, great amenities, and stunning views. 5/5 stars!

Amazing hotel. Great staff and beautiful location

Great for our family of 5, modern clean room, useful kitchenette and washing machine, good location close to lots of trains and easy to get around. Lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff at reception. Would happily stay here again!

Reception staff were friendly and attentive. Location is OK. Beds were very soft and pillows quite old compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. We found the apartment clearly wasn’t vacuumed well with hairs in the bathroom and down the side of the bed.

Ac and king size beds were great. The bathroom seemed as though it had be renovated/upgraded compared to the rooms. The garden view made for gorgeous ambiance morning and night. The staff were extremely courteous
