This was a great house to stay in, excellent facilities with lots of shops in very close proximity. 3 bedrooms was just the right size for us, plenty of space, warm and cozy - highly recommend this place

We stayed in the Western Penthouse. This property is beautiful, large open plan living and kitchen/dining. The kitchen has everything you need to self-cater and the view out the bay and to Mt Wellington is stunning. Three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and separate laundry make it feel like home away from home. Complimentary laundry powder, wash/shampoo/conditioner is supplied. Nothing was a problem, fresh towels were supplied when requested. Thank you for a lovely stay. We definitely recommend staying here. The ferry to downtown Hobart is a short walk to the jetty and the shopping centre at Rosny Park is about a 15 minute walk away.

Beautiful Home, great view, delicious apples, enough lemons for our G n T. Quiet, blissfully quiet. Birds bunnies wallabies and geese. The perfectly placed sailboat that focused the view.

Next time we are in Hobart, this is the only place we want to stay! The house is so spacious and clean, with every amenity you would need, and has an incredible view of Hobart, perhaps better than that from Mount Wellington.

Energy of the team, not as uplifting as those at the Tasman Luxury, excuses of being busy, didn’t feel they would go over and beyond to make it a special stay

Overall excellent, however, we had no heat for the first night. Staff had to bring in a portable heater.

Amazing stay. Lovely room overlooking water and very comfortable. Good cafe and restaurant nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Lythgo's Row Cottages! The cottages are quaint and cozy, immaculately clean and quiet. The goody basket upon arrival was much appreciated. I can't say enough good things about our stay! Thank you Lawrence and Susan.
