Great service friendly staff

We will be back! The vibe is relaxing and quiet. The food is outstanding! The best I’ve had at any all inclusive. The infinity edge pools were as amazing as the photos. Well maintained. The view can’t be beat. I saw comments about it needing to be updated and I don’t understand that. It’s not a Marriot / Hilton, it’s not going to have quartz and silver appliances. It has character and wood accents and traditional, high-class decor. The ability to pre-order breakfast is so nice. The little dish “cupboard” to put dirty dishes into is such a great little touch. The resturants were awesome. It suggested to make reservations , which we did, but they were always able to accommodate us earlier / later depending on the day. The hotel isn’t close to anything so plan for taxi/uber. We don’t make plans to leave so being “walkable” is not a criteria for us. The sound of the waves is memorizing. The staff is always so kind. The pool-side service was always “on it”. Please tip all the staff! It is not included in your stay’s fees and you can tell everyone is going above and beyond to ensure you have a great time in all aspects.
