We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. We appreciate their helpful, English speaking & polite staff. All the amenities are well maintained. The rooms are very spacious & clean. We really enjoyed their various breakfast options which includes continental, Thai flavors, Indian dishes, & wide options of fruits & drinks. There is an onsite spa you could book right away at an affordable rate to help you get relaxed after a long flight or tiring day around the city. The location is so ideal to all the places we planned on going. It’s 5min walk to BTS, various restaurants, salons, spa, malls around, all within few minutes of walk. We would definitely come back to this hotel.

Sabai Sathorn is in a very convenient location, just around the corner from BTS Chong Nonsi, which makes it easy to get around Bangkok. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, so it’s very convenient for dining without having to travel far. One of the highlights of the hotel for me was the rooftop pool. It’s a nice place to relax after being out in the city and adds a lot to the overall stay. Overall, I really enjoyed the location and convenience of Sabai Sathorn, and I would consider staying here again.

There are so many better options in Bangkok for the money/hotel class. First, our check in (which was supposed to be in the private club lounge that we paid extra for) took almost 40 minutes, as we were ushered to a weird corner desk area then forgotten about until I finally asked a staff member. Our bags finally showed up to our room 30 minutes later. The hallway outside our room had a damp smell that they were trying to cover with too much air freshener. The shower door seal was also broken, which caused the shower to completely flood the bathroom floor. I called guest services to tell them it needed fixed, they first tried to argue with me that I didn't shut the shower door correctly. I've been using showers for nearly 50 years, this was not user error. They said they would send someone up, that never happened despite two more calls during our stay. We just lived with soaking wet floor mats and using our towels to mop the bathroom floor after quick showers. Then the club lounge... Unlike 99% of the club lounges we've experienced in hotels around the world, this one had very limited times where actual snacks/drinks were available. Also, when we came during their advertised "happy hour" period, we were rudely told we couldn't use one of the several open tables and would have to sit in the lobby area without any explanation as to why. Then at checkout they tried twice to charge us for the Saffron cruise which was also supposed to be included in our room rate.

This hotel is beautiful and clean. The pool is very nice, as well as the fitness center. While staff are friendly, there were a few things that made our stay just okay. We splurged to stay here and have a relaxing few days in Bangkok. When we checked in, we confirmed that we wanted a king sized bed, and they also told us where and the timings for breakfast. However, we found that we had twin beds instead. After many phone calls, they wouldn’t move our room and insisted on placing a mattress cover over the 2 beds to make it one. We stated that we didn’t want this and to leave it as is, but they did it anyway when we were out of the room. We weren’t offered anything for this inconvenience. When we showed up to breakfast, we were told that it wasn’t included. Usually, when breakfast isn’t included, they tell you this at check-in and also state how much it would be to add it. Finally, there are people who work at the hotel and constantly try to get you to join a talk from 10:00-11:30 about the hotel. After which, you can get some credit and a limo ride to the airport. Even after stating we didn’t want to give up time to attend, people would literally chase after us trying to talk us into it. I’ve stayed in Bangkok numerous times. There are nicer (and cheaper!) places to stay that don’t have this many inconveniences.
