I asked for a quiet room, which got confirmed, when I got to the room it was very noisy from the main street and construction right in front of the building. They didn't want to change to cheaper room, because i paid for a more expensive room, I had to talk to two people to finally change to a quiet room for that night and switch rooms again the next day.

Great stay. One of the best managed hotels in Bangkok. A bit dated but well maintained. Clean and quiet.

The stay was good overall. However, the carpet smelled dated, and the hotel should do a better job enforcing the non-smoking policy, since guests a couple of rooms down the hallway were smoking in their room.

Overall amazing, helped make my trip very enjoyable and ending the night at a relaxing hotel was great. Went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday memorable at the hotel restaurant.

Everything about the stay was excellent, whether it was the staff, the food, the options, the proximity to transportation and outside stores, and of course the rooms. We had a riverside view and we're able to watch the cruise ships every morning and night, which was a pleasure. Beautiful location.
