Overall, a great experience. We had an issue with our tub not draining, and the staff took care of it as soon as we reported it. The shuttle to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay was okay, although it was not a 4-star rated hotel. Bath tub drained extremely slow, lime and water stains on the shower, towel was dirty, chair in the room needs to be replaced with torn up arms. The elevator had a weird smell. It is in need of some upgrades in the room and bathroom fixtures.

The hotel in general is OK, but it all depends on the price. I paid $280 per night over a long weekend, and it was not worth that much. It is an old hotel, and you can see its age throughout the entire building—the rooms, doors, bathrooms, etc. Yes, they added a new 65-inch TV in the room to modernize it, but the ceiling fan from the '70s is still there. The parking situation is really bad. The parking lot is far from the building, there is no covered walkway, and I would say there isn't even a direct path to it. So, you better hope it doesn't rain when you need to get to your car. The day we were leaving, I went to get my car, and the car in front of me had some sort of problem getting out. The line started growing behind me, and at one point I counted 15 cars. We ended up waiting a total of 15 minutes for the gate to open. So, again, the hotel is not bad, but for the same money, I would try another option.

Clean great place had everything I needed friendly people

The unit was newly remodel but there are bugs on the bed in both rooms. The vent in one of the bathroom is not secured and not working. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom. There was missing swing secure lock on the main door. It was lousy being in the front of the property. The location and free parking is the only good things about it.
