Beautiful, clean hotel. Friendly staff, fantastic pool, great drinks! We had a great time and will be back.

Very noisy room- complained to staff but nothing changed. No cups in the room. Dark light in bathroom. Probably wouldn’t stay again. Convenient location though .

We appreciated that the valet service was complimentary; however, we would have preferred free self-parking (you have to pay to self park). Each time we wanted to go somewhere, we had to wait for the valet to retrieve our vehicle, which added unnecessary waiting time to our day. We stayed for two nights. On the first night, the TV remote was not working, and unfortunately it could not be fixed that evening. The staff did address the issue the following day. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. However, for a tower of this size, the pool seemed somewhat small and could have been larger to better accommodate guests.

Honest review: Pros: Very near UCLA, staff was nice, bed was quite comfortable, internet was fast enough to stream a movie on my laptop, room was clean, free breakfast (would have preferred more protein, but it was free after all), valet was very quick with my car, reasonable price given how many other hotels nearby are outrageously priced, clearly they use dehumidifiers to keep the humidity level managed (nice for us given we come from a drier climate and aren’t used to the humidity), the staff reached out in advance to see if I had any special requests before arrival Cons: Next to the freeway and traffic goes all night (we were on the freeway side) - manageable with earplugs or if you are a heavy sleeper; no shower door or curtain so good luck keeping water fully in the shower and it was impossible not to be cold while showering; the toilet paper holder was not stable; no microwave to reheat food we brought with us; BIGGEST complaint…the A/C unit was so loud it sounded like an airplane engine starting up and we were forced to turn off the A/C so that we could sleep without being woken every hour. All other inconveniences were minor compared to that. I really hope they fix/upgrade their units. Would I stay again? Yep. Would I make sure to have earplugs? Big YEP! Would I prefer them to have a maintenanced/quieter Air conditioner? Giant YEP!!

Every time ac went on, it rattled all night. There are missing/broken grouts between the tiles in bathroom, and upper part of headboard was partially detached. 3 restaurants we tried had good price but we would not go back. Maybe our expectation was too high.

Restaurant staff and food very good. Front desk very good. Housekeeping did a poor job, cleaned room once and did not provide hand towels or wash clothes. Common areas are good with the exception of the gym which was totally inadequate. Lobby, bar, pool areas very nice. Rooms need an upgrade a little worn. Bed was very nice

Excellent food selections at restaurants and bars. Great pool! No end need to leave resort.

The staff were great. I had an issue with checking in. Also my fire alarm was going off when I showered. No real issues. Great location. I think just being from LA and knowing there are other hotels in the area on the same level for less money is what’s getting to me. My opinion is that this hotel is overpriced. I’ll come back if I had to.

Marriott staff treated us like royalty. Courtesy airport shuttle and low cost shuttles for special events at Kia Forum, So-Fi Stadium etc. The Starbucks in the lobby area had every quick friendly service on food and beverages. Courtyard pool and outdoor games area was beautifully furnished, clean fluffy beach towels, good background music and landscaped beautifully. We will stay there again next visit to Los Angeles and use Marriott Bonvoy perks at other Marriotts, too..

I stayed solo for the Ariana Grande concert and I completely enjoyed my stay! The staff were friendly and helpful, I had a small issue with my shower knob being too hard but it was quickly resolved! The rooms were stylish, clean and comfy, I loved the face masks. Would definitely recommend and stay again :)

I enjoyed the experience overall. Having a virtual check in was much easier than having a person there. Perfect for a solo traveler.

This hotel overall was nice! My daughter and I arrived around 11:30 and they were able to accommodate us with a room early. It's located in the heart of Times Square which was a plus. The communication and attentiveness of the staff can be improved however. I've stayed at other hotels in Times Square where I've received better customer service overall. For example, after making it to the 42nd floor to our room, I couldn't figure out how to turn on the lights in the room. I had to call the front desk to figure that out. If the lady checking us in would have provided that information, I would've been so confused why the lights, TV, air wouldn't work. Also, no one offered to bring our bags up to our room for us and there was a long wait to pick our bags up from the holding area the day of departure. Also, the elevators were SLOW and oftentimes, it seemed as if only one was working.
