Hotel was excellent, great location, plenty to do nearby! Staff very friendly and hotel was nice and clean

The hotel is very well located. Great breakfast. Easy check in. Very helpful with taxis and transportation.

Ok the room was spacious being one of the larger rooms and clean. Bed and bedding great. Location great. One downside was I could not get a late checkout for 1 or 2 hours even if I paid which was a little downer. Apart from that all good.

The AC system was not working in our first room and we had to downgrade to get a smaller room that had AC. Heat wave in London did not help. Interesting that front desk person was located in a sister hotel across the street, so had to wait for them to come over to check in and then check out.

Very nice room but the bathroom was bit small. Otherwise a wonderful property

Room was clean. Daily housekeeping, turndown service and free water. Full gym with squad racks and dumbbells. Helpful staff to bring you shaving kit, dental kit, etc. HMDI plugin requires help from staff. Great location! Not exactly sure what VIP gets you. Normally, I get a meal discount voucher or a bottle of free champagne but I didn’t receive of these from this hotel.

I loved the Hotel Riu London Westminister. The hotel was clean, secure, and provided a nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel was situated about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the london subway station. It was within walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and other tourist sites. The hotel made Uber access very easy for its guests. The staff was very helpful and responded to requests very quickly. However, I wish the hotel had a restaurant that provided dinner service. The closest restaurants were within 10 minutes walking distance. After a long day of touring, it was tiring to have to walk 10-15 minutes to locate a place to have dinner. Despite this, I would choose to stay at the Hotel Riu London Westminister when I returm to London.
