Pros: 1) very clean & neat room 2) friendly staffs 3) very close to Zurich airport 4) breakfast for a fee is good (would be good if there are more cut fruits though) 5) check out time is 12pm instead of 11am Cons: 1) Toilet paper is too hard & bad for skin! Strong suggest to change 2) Noises including night time from trains & planes can interrupt sleep

Breakfast was amazing but overall the beds the bathroom everything was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if we ever go back to Zurich

Simple hotel with everything you need. Right across the street from the main train station. So it is convenient and right on Bahnhofstraße with easy access to everything.

Its a good hotel overall, just no Air conditioning, just be prepared if you’re traveling from the USA

This is our go to when flying in or out of Zürich. Always clean and comfortable. The last time we had access to a club floor, but i"amenities had closed early. This time we weren't given that offer. The restaurant attached offers an excellent breakfast. Dinner is overpriced and while it is advertised as a Lebanese restaurant, I would classify it more as a "Middle Eastern fusion".

Everything was absolutely fantastic. I met one of the house keepers and I spoke to a several of staff members they were very helpful and polite. The only thing that needs adjusting is the door it would be nice if there’s a safety chain inside as I am a solo female traveler and things like this makes me feel safer. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to airport Zürich staff.

They gave us a room which was already given to another person. We told them about it they were surprised and took lots of time to give us another room
