Clean rooms, spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, clean bathrooms. A bit old cabinets, but that didnt bother me. Super convenient for DC tourist attractions.. 5 min walk to metro station. Good food options close by.

We chose the hotel because it had a spa, which didnt disappoint and an outdoor pool. Overall hotel is very well maintained. Pool area a little small for the amount of guests, not enough lounge chairs..However Moises at the pool bar is a gem. Smiles easily, patient- considering ordering food can be challenging...he could use a food runner when its busy. Hotel ambience upscale and we felt safe. Our room was very nice and clean, Updated decor, spacious. Complimentary soap, shampoo etc were very, very nice. The view from our room not so nice as we mainly faced a brick wall, they should have discussed a possible upgrade$$?? Fortunately, we were only in the room for the most part to shower and sleep. Room was very quiet. The Restaurant wasvery busy and was challenged at breakfast time...seating and service experienced delays but the staff was always pleasant. Breakfast was pricey. Location on the Wharf was excellent. Would definitely stay again but would discuss room location and possible breakfast included price!

Nice property. Centrally located with ease to many attractions. Bike/scooter rental out front very convenient… room was well appointed and friend had amazing suite with stunning views. Downfall was the elevators. Only two working on A weekend with a wedding on the roof was not acceptable. Very hard to get up and down on Friday and Saturday night. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Cabs were easy to get.

Rooftop pool is small, plan accordingly. Plan to pay extra when you get there. Parking at capital crossing for $25. If you leave it will be an additional $25. I left the car from Friday 8pm - Sunday 11am and paid a total $41.90. Coffee at the hotel $7.70 just so you get the idea. Overall, hotel was clean, quiet

We loved our stay at the property, but would not say that it is comparable to other five star hotels like The Plaza in NYC. There was no doorman or porter to assist with transportation or luggage which is normally something that makes our stay so much easier. The room was well appointed and the linens were luxurious and bed was very comfortable. Our room was very quiet- even in a very busy part of town. Our package came with free breakfast for two and a bottle of wine. We did not get the bottle of wine upon check-in and I had to ask for it the second day when I realized it was included. The on-site restaurants for both breakfast and dinner were disappointing. Three out of the four times that we dined in them there here was no host at the stand and the one time that there was they were on their phone texting. The weight staff rarely came back to check on food quality or to see if we needed anything else during our meals. This took away from the overall experience of the hotel.
