7.6/10 Good! (750 reviews)
Very happy with the hotel. Clean, bright and well-maintained with decent WiFi, it was perfect to stay here while we explored Vienna during Eurovision.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (10 reviews)
The apartment was fantastic! It's well-located on a quiet street in a central location with easy access to public transport. The management was very responsive and we were able to check in a little early and get extra supplies midway through our stay. The building is beauiful and the apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The AC worked very well, which was much appreciated with temperatures near 30C.

8.4/10 Very good! (54 reviews)
No shampoo or conditioner, hair dryer wasn't working, no orin in the room and no one was onsite at night to request it. I had to wash my hair with just water and no blow dryer to dry my hair at night and had to go to my meetingbwith wrinkled shirt. Worst experience. By the way, there's no security at night. Anyone can walk in at night and come to your room. Elevator doesn't require a pass and no one is at front desk at night. Main entrance is wide open too

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
The room was not ready at all. No bathrobe no slipper no shampoo (wrong bottle of lotion instead of shampoo in the shower. The phone is out of order so I frequently shuttled to reception... and coffee machine is not working from the broken cap... those were not fixed until check out..
Room view is blocked by surrounded buildings... not happy with it..
