What an incredibly beautiful place this hotel is! Staff cannot do enough and made ourspecial anniversary stay truly perfect..the hotel is beautifully decorated and immaculate throughout. Cannot recommend this enough

Small hotel with small rooms, but the decor was very nice.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

To arrive was difficult , took me 20 minutes to make it to the front desk, an additional 20 to arrive at my room

Spacious and laxury.

Great room and clean

The front desk guy was extremely rude when I asked a simple question about the floor. I expected the extra charges so that was whatever. Property its self was definitely older with a rock & roll bandaid on it.

Clean room staff professional.

The room was spotless. The staff was great and very helpful. Location is unbeatable. Very nice and comfortable stay. We'll definitely be back when we're in the LA area again. Price was good too.
