Check-in & Service: Processing at the small reception area was fast after collecting a 1000 Baht deposit. The cleaning and restaurant staff were relatively nice, featuring smiles that melted away bad feelings, and the rooms were cleaned really well. Room Conditions: This is one of the smallest rooms experienced in Bangkok and all of Asia, leaving no space to place luggage. There are simply no drawers, and the cupboard consists of just a pole with a few hangers next to the fridge and safe. Additionally, the big bed has an awkward sliding bathroom door on the left side, making the person sleeping there face the toilet unless it is closed. Breakfast: The breakfast is standard and almost non-existent. It is split into two areas: one with a coffee/drinks dispenser, fruits, cereals, and toast, and another with local cooked food, a couple of Western dishes like ham and sausages, and sometimes crab nuggets. Omelets or eggs require writing your order on paper at the table for staff to bring from the kitchen. Location & Transport: Apart from a nearby 7-Eleven, the immediate area features little besides cannabis smoking stores and a Nuru Massage place, though you can walk to the Ministry of Crab. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the Asok BTS, but walking back is not feasible. Returning via Grab taxi takes 15 to 20 minutes due to winding alleys. Verdict: Cleanliness and staff are great, but I would reconsider the location next time to get around the city better and save on transpor

Great service, clean rooms, relatively close to things

Rooms are a good deal for the very central location to many shops and staff was very kind and helpful especially when coordinating cars and drivers.

The room was clean and spacious and had floor to ceiling windows which allowed us to take in the amazing views from our room. The staff were very helpful and patient when it came to communicating and were very quick to resolve any queries or requests we had. We can't wait to visit again soon!

The hotel requires better upkeep and maintenance. The property shows signs of previous leaks and would benefit from repairs and regular maintenance. Additionally, the hotel’s overall appearance and amenities feel somewhat outdated.

Nice place for short visit. Nice pool, quiet, relaxing. Breakfast was good, staff helpful. Nothing much nearby off the resort grounds however. . You are a bit landlocked. Long & not easy walk to one nearby 7/11. There is small shop on site with amenities & water etc & a Starbucks in lobby.....helpful. Shuttle to airport was nice.
