This RIU resort is amazing! The staff are caring and exceptional, always making sure guests’ concerns are addressed promptly. Great work by the entire team at RIU Sri Lanka. Our visit was short, but we’ll definitely be back because of the care and warmth the staff showed us from start to finish. Special thanks to receptionist Thisara!
