The hotel offers a truly memorable stay, blending comfort with a distinct sense of character that sets it apart from standard accommodations. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere feels warm and thoughtfully designed, with staff who are attentive without being overwhelming.

Room was clean, the staff was very helpful. The pool was refreshing and convenient. The air conditioner worked perfectly we were pleased with our stay.

Great location! Fire alarm sounded at 1230AM, staff was quick to announce it was false, but 30 minutes of interrupted sleep. No ice machines in hotel.

Overall, our stay at the Palazzo was "ok", but there were several aspects of the experience that were disappointing. My biggest concern was the substantial incidental hold placed on our debit card at check-in. This was not explained to us at check-in. We stayed five nights, and the Palazzo placed a $750 hold ($150 per night) on our card. We don't charge purchases to our room, so having that amount of our available funds tied up for the duration of our stay was inconvenient. Ironically, we were forced to charge purchases to the room this trip since what little available funds we had left were for expenses outside the Palazzo. We also experienced a complete water outage for more than an hour during our stay. Unfortunately, this occurred while we were getting ready for a 2:00 p.m. show at the Sphere. I was in the middle of a shower when the water stopped and had to rinse the soap off using bottled water we happened to have in the room. While I understand unexpected issues can occur, this was a significant inconvenience, especially at a luxury resort.

The toilet in our room would not flush for two days in a row.. Both my wife and I were bitten on our legs and backs by Bed Bugs. The person in the room next door was smoking Marijuana non-stop. We reported them, but nothing was done about it. We were moved to another room and promised one day of Resort Fees waived. The bed bug bites continued in the second room and no Resort Fees were waived. Stay safe, do not book a room at The Horseshoe.
