The staff was great!!!!
We had a problem paying $15 a day to park our rental car which we weren’t told about until we got there. This was the first time we were charged this and that was expensive!!!!
Also, they need to deep clean the rooms (dust, polish the furniture, clean the tub, toilets, sinks, counters, etc) and steam clean the carpets and bathroom floors!

Very clean and I felt safe. I think the windows were too thin and I could hear every car that passed by. Annoying. The kitchen didn't have a coffee maker or or spunge to wash the dishes. I think it was a good price for the room I got.

The hotel was quite stunning with a feeling of luxury, in a great location. Whilst the hotel looked luxurious, the experience itself just lacked a bit of polish to give it 5 stars (systems down at check in, no message to advise the room was ready, no towels left in the room after house keeping, the reception and in house dining phones ringing out several times before answer etc)

There’s additional parking fee of $12. The bath tub is extremely tricky to use. I couldn’t close doors of the drawer. Some bulbs of lights were dead. But overall building has good looking and has been well managed. Clean and price was very reasonable.
