I feel that the people from the wyn didn’t keep thier word when I completed the required stuff to be able to take advantage of a dinner show. Hope it works out. I’ve talked to the salespersons in the lobby there about it will see what happens.

My suggestion is that your room service needs to pay more attention, as no one cleaned my room since I arrived.

Staff were very accomodating and looked after my family well during our stay. Nothing was too difficult for them.

Room, etc were fine. I found out after the fact that the Expedia price paid is NOT the total price in LV. In addition to what I initially paid, here are the add-ons PER DAY: Resort Fee $55 Resort Fee Tax $7.36...Valet parking was $50/night, self parking $25 p/night. So I'm looking at a minimum $87 per night more than what I already paid. So: for any room in LV: Look at the fine print on every place on Exp. There should be info on Resort fees, additional tax, parking costs, etc.

Great hotel for executives to stay at with many. Centrally located

Not very warm and welcoming. No food or drink from outside allowed. Pillows hard as a rock, lighting in the room was very difficult to get right due to all or nothing switches. Refrigerator, if opened you are charged. Snacks on table top, if moved, at all, you’re charged. Was not impressed. Also far from the strip - need a vehicle.

Sheets were rough and no coffee. Room was clean, bathroom was very very nice and large. We prechecked in and requested daily maid service and valet parking for $40 a day to be added to our room. When we arrived on Friday, we were panhandled by the valet for cash to valet park our car. And, told that the valet parking was full but if we gave him $40 he would find a spot and for $20 more, a spot where we would get our car quickly. I talked to the front desk, manager and other valets at the desk and all were aware of the panhandling. And said don’t pay them! Unbelieveable. This makes Planet Hollywood look so bad, that these are their employees and make the hotel look really bad. It was not as we had requested and the next day parked in public parking for the mall and walked a 1 1/4 mile to hotel. Hotel restaurants were good. Casino not crowded, but smokey, and the dancing girls above the gaming tables was a bit much. We had requested daily maid service and the maid only came to our room about 5 PM on Sunday and we checked out Monday morning. So PreCheck in was for nothing except to use the kiosk for checking in. We would never stay here again.

The hotel is new. The rooms are large and clean. Bathrooms are roomy and the shower is amazing, very large and excellent water pressure. The only thing is the hotel is very large and therefore gives the impression that it’s empty. Service was excellent as well. Will go again.

I always stay here when we come to LA. Love the location - close to Rodeo Drive. The area is clean and safe. The staff is always amazing and courteous. Maryam was so efficient and made check in a breeze.
