Absolutely exceptional stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elegant, welcoming, and beautifully organized. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a sophisticated atmosphere, beautiful ocean views, and the level of comfort you expect from Four Seasons. What impressed me most was the service. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Every interaction made us feel taken care of, and even the smallest details were handled with care. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the entire property felt peaceful and luxurious. The spa was another highlight of our stay — a wonderful, relaxing experience and exactly what we needed after traveling. The location by the ocean makes the hotel feel like a true escape while still being convenient for exploring Casablanca. We stayed here as a family, and everyone had such a positive experience. After a very complicated and stressful journey, coming back to the Four Seasons felt like returning to a calm, beautiful sanctuary. That made our stay especially memorable. Thank you to the entire Four Seasons Casablanca team for your hospitality and for making our time in Morocco so special. This is absolutely a hotel I would recommend and would happily return to on my next visit to Casablanca. Five stars without hesitation!

excellent hotel (clean , class et excellent service ) . the only and i would say the big glitch is the parking of the hotel resident is shared the casino customer and night club ... the audience are in party mood and drunk .. we had a surprise : Our car was wrecked by a guest of another guest who was likely intoxicated. Our first night was disrupted; we were woken up at 4:30 a.m. and asked to come down to the parking area... we didn't get back to sleep until a few hours later. The way the parking is managed is shocking—especially for a luxury hotel costing $800 a night. We ended up with a sleepless night and thousands of dollars in damages... truly disappointing. The worst part is that they are aware of this and it happens often...

I am so glad we chose Dar les Cigognes for our four night stay in Marakech. We loved everything about it. The riad itself is so beautiful; peaceful, restful and cool. The roof terasse is a wonderful place to relax and take coffee and meals. The rooms are very well equipped with lovely big, comfy beds. The locationis perfect, just outside the city walls, with every attraction within easy walking distance. Special mention goes to the staff:Hayst, the Manager, and Hajiba the Concierge are so warm and welcoming and genuinely enjoy making sure that your stay in Marakech is a delightful as possible. They are supremely knowledgable about all thr local attractions and will arrange cars or taxis for any and all necessary transfers or excursions. Our waiter was Abdo and he was soattentive and caring and sweet. Which brings me to the food: it really is the best we found in Marakech - honestly I would recommend esting exclusively at the riad, as the quality and setting is unsurpassed in the city. My wife and I also enjoyed a vigorous and rejuvenating hammam bath, expertly applied by Amina, who was as lovely as all the team in the riad. I have travelled very extensively over decades and can honestly say I have never enjoyed a property and hospitality so much as I have here - if you are planning a stsy in Marakech you MUST stay at Dar les Cigognes.
