The staffs are helpful, breakfast was great. We loved the complimentary foot massage and drinks. However, our room was next to the lift and a bit noisy throughout the night.

We had a very disappointing experience. Before arrival we were asked to send passport details through WhatsApp, and several messages were later deleted, which raised concerns for us from the beginning. When we arrived, front desk staff refused assistance and directed us to communicate only with the owner/host. We also noticed signage suggesting short-term stays may not be permitted in the building. The apartment itself did not match the quality or presentation shown in the listing photos. The main issue was access and security. On our first night we returned around 10:30pm and discovered the access card provided would not unlock the foyer entrance to reach the elevators. We were locked outside with all of our passports, luggage and belongings still inside the apartment. Security staff refused to assist and we could not contact the host despite repeated attempts. We only regained entry because another resident allowed us into the building around 10:45pm. The following morning the apartment door lock malfunctioned and would not reliably lock or open. A technician attended but appeared unable to repair it properly. At one point he agreed to help us with the foyer access issue, but when the lift doors opened downstairs he ran out of the building and never returned. Due to the ongoing access problems, lack of support and security concerns, we booked alternative accommodation the following day and left the property early. This was the most stressful accommodation experience.

Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.

This place is off the beaten path so I appreciated the pool and being in the beach. We left for the day and never ate lunch or dinner but they would have prepared dinner for us had we wanted them too. Their breakfast every morning was amazing. They have an egg station a banh mi station. Noodle soup station chia seed pudding salads and so much more. Croissants and other breads. The staff was so nice we loved it here. I probably wouldn’t stay for more the 2 nights given how out of the way it is but it was a great place. We got a grab to the main beach by the resorts and enjoyed the day and came back and enjoyed the pool and the serenity of the place.

We have stayed here several times. Near everything we enjoy and the hotel and staff are wonderful!

Very happy with the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The scale in the room was a nice touch so we could weigh out suitcases. Was super happy with the team here, always welcoming and helping us in everyway. 10/10 service from the team :) Location was also walking distance from book street, Ben nge market and Ben Thanh.
