Our 2nd time staying at Ziggys and everything was great. Clean, friendly and great location.

The property itself is still under construction but you actually can’t tell from the outside. The building is very striking and only once you go inside and explore a little you’ll see there are few things still being constructed such as the rooftop bar, and a restaurant they are trying to make somewhere in the first floor. The first night I checked in, the process was very smooth and easy. I was allowed to do an early check in at 8 am( for a decent fee). Initially the digital key on my phone couldn’t get through the lobby security doors and I needed to ask for assistance getting to my room. Then I had four physical key cards that also didn’t work when they first gave it to me. Both of those issues were resolved very quickly after I voiced that I needed help getting them to work. The staff is very nice and polite, but I think they kinda expect you to know a little more about the place than is first initially clear. I think a pamphlet of all the amenities available to you, as well as how some things such as trash services work would be very helpful to people to who just arrived and are trying to gather their bearings. Overall the experience was so enjoyable there that I would 100% go again and I highly recommend others to go too. Even after I had my initial issues, everything was resolved so fast I almost forgot I had issues to begin with.

The check in staff (Anthony I think) was fantastic. Joyful and welcoming. The housekeeping staff were in the hall every morning and said hello and asked if we needed anything. 5 stars for staff. The casino was so Smokey. I get it. It’s Vegas but other casinos felt less smokey. This was just walking through. Loved the sphere connection. Restaurant row. Starbucks. Ease to parking garage. I do wish that parking was included in the resort few. Gym was nice. Room size was fantastic. Tv was a disaster. But honestly didn’t come to watch tv. Room service staff was also wonderful. Spaghetti great. Turkey melt inedible. I took one bite and that was it.

The room and facility was nice but there were no toiletries, not enough towels, bedding. It felt a little baren

I had an excellent experience staying at the Sun Rose West Hollywood Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to be courteous and kind. It was quiet and peaceful, and my room was lovely. Surprisingly tranquil for Sunset Boulevard.

Newly renovated rooms , very clean beautiful rooms , staff was exceptional ! Lots of dining options and amenities.

Staff was awesome and helpful

I did this trip as a solo traveller. This hotel was very good for the price. It’s walking distance from food places, supermarkets & pharmacy. There’s also free coffee, water etc. 24/7 front desk support. Cleaner came & changed towels after my first day. It was quiet & comfortable! Def book!

The hotel was very chic and stylish. The bed and linens were soft and lux. We had some people in the hallways making noise in the middle of the night, but that could happen anywhere. The roofed deck is awesome with views of the Hollywood hill and sign.
