The Hotel looks good, staff are helpful and it's in a very good location. I stayed in an executive room with lounge access for a week. I was disappointed by the hotel not providing a free bottle of water each night, as all other hotels I've stayed at offer this, you'll get one bottle per stay. The only other complaint was that I got eaten by bed bugs. The Spa is run by another company, steam room was warm but no steam. To use the swimming pool you must bring a swimming cap or buy one of their very expensive caps. The most enjoyable part of our stay was the executive lounge, as the staff really try hard to make you feel at home. I would return just to use the lounge!
