The staff was amazing! However the facilities and the place is not in great shape. I would not recommend to anyone. The beach alone speaks for itself, too bad that the suites are in really poor conditions and bed not even comfortable, cleaning is poor too.

Denied us the room and refused full refund

They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost ...
