The staff was great, everything was clean, loved the breakfast!

A wonderful resort for our honeymoon, and one we’d highly recommend particularly the plunge pool villa that overlooks and has private access to the beach. The jetty was a particular highlight — very well lit, and every night we would walk there looking at the marine life; it was like having our own private aquarium. Some caveats. Don’t expect parties, activities and shows — this is a great resort to unwind and recharge, particularly if you love nature (exactly what we needed for the tail end of a mammoth 3 weeks). The jungle hikes and snorkelling trips are definitely worth doing; the snorkelling around the resort is good but you do have to swim out for the best coral. We considered private boats to KK but didn’t feel the need when you can party with monkeys, monitors, hornbills and wild boar at your doorstep. There are only 2 restaurants on site which can feel a bit limiting, but the food is varied and excellent so we didn’t mind. The staff were warm and attentive throughout without ever being intrusive — a tough balance to strike. And the wine list from their amazing cellar is simply one of the best we’ve ever seen — serious depth in Australian wines alongside some genuine heavy hitters: First Growths, Grange, Sassicaia. Exceptional.

Nice spacious room, good food and very friendly and accommodating staff. We loved our stay there!

Room with the pool and see view. Spacious arrangement. Complementary Fruits. Friendly Staff. Entertainment. Free activities in the morning. Will enjoy more next time.

Hotel is in a great location and the staff were amazing. They were very kind and helpful. However, the hotel has some issues. We were traveling with our toddler so wanted to spend slot of our time around the pool but the pool is not heated or temp controlled, so is freezing cold all the time and because of its orientation, the entire area never gets any sun. Also the breakfast is fairly average for the cost. Overall it’s an ok place to stay if you’re out doing day trips all the time but if you’re going to spend a lot of your time in the hotel, it’s fairly expensive for what you get, and it’s level of advertised luxury is not worth the price you pay. But have to say again, the staff were amazing. Very happy to help and super friendly.

I love the size of this hotel as it's not too big :) on the contrary the room are gigantic and its very comfortable. I give extra point for the ironing board an iron already present in the room, it's very convenient when you are on business. The bed was great and I slept really well. I had been there about 10 years ago, and I'll return for my next trip in Kuala Lumpur.

Great location, clean, great staff and wonderful service and help for anything you need

Breakfast was the best. Great varieties and fresh. Staffs are helpful, friendly and just nice. Room is great..bed is so comfortable. I could live here! :)
