8.6/10 Excellent! (1,680 reviews)
Amazing rooms but... I was very annoyed by how a staff brushed me off to have another staff answer my questions regarding the rewards program. If booking 3rd party is not eligible for points, then tell me that? Don't brush me off to another staff so they can tell me. That makes no sense. It wasn't even "I don't know the answer." She literally just brushed me off.
I'm also very disappointed that there were no messages or announcement regarding the pool being closed. I brought my swimsuit just for this, only to deal with this disappointment. Amenities were also very unclear as I had to explore the whole hotel to look for the places. Staff could not answer my questions.
