Everything was clean and quiet!
Our room had airport view! Beautiful but outside windows were very dirty! 😩 our room was perfect comfortable bed. Bathroom was great! shampoo, body wash, face wash and body lotion provided! No conditioner ☹️ but either way everything smelled great!

Pros:
- Excellent location right in Beverly Hills, about 5-minute walking distance from Beverly Dr and Rodeo Dr.
- Affordable room rate, considering the location in Beverly Hills
- Spacious room
- Renovated bathroom, with Japanese-style toilet (water jet, etc.)
- Very comfortable bed
- Front desk staff member Monica is outstanding; very customer-focused and helpful (unlike some of her colleagues)
Cons:
- Hotel is dark and uninviting, needs a complete makeover
- No restaurant in hotel
- Paint inside room is dated and needs a good refresh
- Flooring in hallways is being renovated, causing noise
- Despite having been renovated, the bathroom is quite dark and the room in general is not inviting
- Mini-fridge in my room was very noisy at night and prevented me from sleeping until I unplugged it.
All in all, good value if you want to stay in the heart of Beverly Hills, but if you’re looking for feeling cozy in your room and having a restful night, this might not be for you.

Great room overlooking Sunset Blvd.Fantastic history to the hotel from the 70s and the days of Led Zeppelin.Rooftop pool was excellent in the evening.Very quiet and superb views of LA.

This property is nice. Rooms are a bit small but clean and ok for a single traveler. No alarm or any other clock was in the room I stayed in. I didn’t need it..until I realized it was not in the room. 🤗
I’m writing this a week after my stay and my security deposit is still not refunded.
