I am absolutely DISGUSTED and FURIOUS with my experience at this resort! $350 was stolen directly out of my bag while housekeeping had access to my room! This is completely unacceptable and honestly traumatizing. I came to this resort expecting a relaxing vacation, not to have my personal belongings violated and my money stolen! To make matters worse, the resort PROMISED me a refund, and I have WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION proving it! It has now been TWO MONTHS, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE DOLLAR! I have reached out several times, only to be completely ignored. No response, no accountability, and absolutely no effort to make things right! What makes this even more insulting is that I was a DIAMOND CLUB MEMBER! This is how you treat guests who pay extra for supposedly premium service? Absolutely disgraceful! This was one of the WORST and most upsetting resort experiences I have ever had. I feel robbed, disrespected, and completely betrayed. I WANT MY $350 REFUNDED AS PROMISED! The lack of professionalism, honesty, and accountability is beyond unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this resort to anyone after what I experienced!
