Clean room, good bed, friendly staff, well equipped unit and easy parking

Easy convenient clean well located

Great location and sophisticated amenities and dining options. House cleaning left a little to be desired for a 5 star hotel. Floor hadn't been vacuumed sufficiently and there was food under the table. On day 2 of my 3 day stay I actually need to request this service. At check in it was very speedy which was terrific. At the same time I wasnt introduced to the property. No idea how to access pool and spa and no details on restaurants. On the morning of my checkout with my do not disturb sign on the mini bar replenished felt it appropriate to still know and ring door bell to see if I'd eaten from.the mini bar. This was incredibly annoying given I was still.sleeping. On the whole the property is lovely.

I’ve stayed here before and never used the pool. This time we did and it was good. Would be quieter outside the school holidays. And probably cleaner. Decent size though the tiles were a bit slippery. Free mini bar is a treat.

Clean and comfortable. Kitchen utensils were clean and well equipped. Highly recommended.
