Our stay here was amazing! The property was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The owner was super enthusiastic and communicative about accommodating our needs. He gave us recommendations about local eats and even lit a firepit up for us to use one night. Would definitely be back to stay if I'm ever in Jeju again!

Facilities were dated, staff was scarce. The one person who was very helpful was in the check in office, he was very accommodating. I had to engage him multiple times for things that I expected in any hotel. If not for the location of the hotel, I would have left that same night. Also, please provide bi-lingual assistance. I could not use facilities without translator or help.

Clean room, very kind and helpful staff, amazing outdoor heated infinity pool, incredible view from the balcony, onsite convenience store and the Irony Ivory Brunch Cafe was stunning.
