Nobody was ever available at the front desk, and all communication had to take place over email. The unit was not very well cleaned. The couch was stained and honestly pretty gross. There was also no crib or Pack ’n Play available, and the property charges extra for additional bedding. The amount was small, but it still didn’t sit well with me after spending thousands of dollars to stay at the property.
As someone who works in the industry, I feel like this property is a missed opportunity. The building is absolutely beautiful, and so was the unit, but the property does not seem to be very well managed or maintained from a cleanliness standpoint.

This room felt luxurious. It was a 5 min walk from the ktx. There's a gs25 right there and close to a bus stop and the post office. Hotel staff was very helpful.
