The staff, especially Henry, provided exceptional service even before we arrived at the hotel. Henry reached out the day of to check if we required transportation service to the hotel. Upon arrival, Henry was there to personally greet us and he made sure we had everything we needed during our time in Hanoi. The service at Victor hotel exceeded our expectations.

Great stay with friendly staff. Balcony had a great view of the funicar when the fog wasn't out. Location within walking distance of shops and food.

We stayed for three nights and had a very good experience with great hospitality. The hotel is a beautiful boutique property located in the Old Quarter. Although it sits on a very busy street, the interior of the hotel is surprisingly quiet and comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. In particular, Derick stood out — he genuinely tried his best to accommodate our needs. As it was quite cold during our stay, he arranged a portable heater for us. When we noticed some noise coming from the gym on the 9th floor, Derick promptly helped us move to a quieter room, which we really appreciated. The rooms are pretty and well-maintained, with sufficient amenities. Some minor downside to me were that there is no bathtub and no disposable slippers provided, which may be something to note for some guests. The Vietnamese restaurant on the ground floor was also very good. The staff served us with enthusiasm and passion, making our dining experience enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant stay with attentive service in a great location.

The receptionist with the glasses was very cute and very helpful

room was clean, bed was comfortable. The elevators were quite small. The gym and spa were closed when we checked them out. Not so important but would have helped ease out the jet lag. Breakfast menu is ok.

This place was so wonderful, that we cancelled our other stay and came back for the night. The staff are all super helpful and the hotel is very clean. We will be back the next time we are in hanoi
