Comfortable, clean hotel in Little Italy. Nothing special, but does the job for solo and business travelers. It does have a rooftop deck with great views of the city, especially at night.

Incredible service. The staff is really nice! Perfect location in Time Square. Amazing view (floor 43). Repetiría mi estadía en este hotel muchas veces más. Gracias a Miguel por su amabilidad al atendernos! Y al señor de la recepción de lentes, nos dio muy buenos tips sobre la ciudad y fue muy atento!

The rooms are very spacious and feel large due to the high ceilings. We slept well as it was very quiet too!
Our rooftop reservation was cancelled due to a private event; however, they rebooked us an another amazing rooftop nearby!
Our stay was exactly what we were looking for in NYC. Thank you!

LOVED my stay at the Hoxton. Beautiful hotel with so many special touches. They’ve thought of everything! Friendly staff, delicious food, free milk and water for in room coffee, comfy bed. Beautiful bathroom. The only thing missing was a luggage rack so my suitcase didn’t sit on the floor. Would highly recommend.
Walking distance to the fashion market was a bonus.

Made this reservation for a colleague who missed a connecting flight. Had a hard time getting ahold of helpful hotel staff. Called two different numbers, couldn’t get answers. Booked stay with company card (in my possession) — but my colleague still had to put down personal card on-site for a deposit. I should’ve been able to do that remote with the company card. Very disappointing. Also, does not offer 24-hour airport shuttle. Will probably put clients and colleagues elsewhere in the future.
