Overall, a good hotel, but small details could make it top-notch. No bottled water available at the bar or in the restaurant. This is usually a given whilst abroad, bottles could be filled up, but this would look mental as a couple with 3 1.5l bottles each daily. Room was nice but nothing in the mini bar.

Loved the pool. The villa was really clean and bright. You do need to check into the actual hotel (which this is not, this is the villas), which is like 5-10 mins away by car, and I'll say this now that the hotel does have a restaurant. It was nice that when requested, they quickly delivered an iron and ironing board since it wasn't already inside our villa. The whole property was really clean and well maintained. The view from our villa was nice. The villa does have a steam shower which was nice. It had two bathrooms, one with the bedroom and one downstairs. It had its own dedicated parking spot for our rental car, dishware for cooking, a washer (no dryer), microwave, and a nice refrigerator/freezer. Couple of minor gripes and preferences were that the furniture was really basic and hard plastic so the seating was not comfortable. The wifi was pretty fast (broadband) but extremely high latency (ping) (700+ ms) for those who care about things like that. One of the gripes we had was that there is allegedly "room service" as they leave you food/drink/wine menus in your room and the phone has a room service button, yet if you want to order food, they will make it in their restaurant located at their hotel as previously mentioned and they do not deliver it... so it makes it pointless room service. Overall it was a nice villa, it was pretty quiet, and not too far away from old town Chania (10-15mins).

This is one of the best adult only hotels I have stayed in. The half board is exquisite - staff are so polite and friendly. We experienced a wine tasting activity within the hotel one evening which was so much fun!

The room is absolutely gorgeous, such character, absolutely lovely. The hotel is beautifully placed in the old town, just off the main shopping road, but far away enough to be lovely and quiet. Stayed for 10-nights to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and what a wonderful time we had. I cannot say enough about the staff, George, what a lovely, kind and helpful host. Would also shout out to the waitress whose name I never quite got, but her and George made it a very special. On our anniversary day they surprised us with a display of towels in the form of a heart and two swans, and a bottle of sparkling wine. Such a wonderful touch and heartwarmingly felt. Then on our last day surprised us with another towel display in the form of a heart and a bottle of red wine. They absolutely made our holiday and we would both like to thank them from the bottom of our heart.

We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view.

Gorgeous location, right next to the Old Town Harbor! Delicious, free breakfast that is definitely worth it, with a lovely view of the water every morning. The city view balcony has a lovely view of the alley restaurant with the occasional live band.

So conveniently located in such a special building - we had the room with the rooftop bath/jacuzzi - views were very cool. The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. Also - so close to everything without being in the busy area - loved it!
