we have been coming to this location as family tradition for about 25 years plus! we brought my son for his 2nd birthday recently restarting the tradition and it was emotional beautiful time! it brought back my childhood memories at the pool! our room was upgraded as soon as we realized the room we originally booked was no longer available which worked perfectly, SHU WAS AMAZING. we also received complimentary breakfast for 2 to help with this mistake which was actually no problem at all. They were prompt and organized and very helpful. i had room service and it came fast and was delicious. Marylou at the n fuse breakfast buffet was PHENOMENAL!! the sweetest lady i ever met !!!! thank you for making this trip a great experience! they upgraded our room perfectly to watch the fireworks with the boys for the first time !!! we had blast!!!

It was kind of running down.I need a lot of updates.I think it was way overpriced , but overall , it was just okay

Great customer service at the restaurant (TikTok), very good clean room and the cleaning lady very patient and polite, beside the great location close to de Madison Square Garden, highly recommended !

Amazing location in Rome and the rooms are modern and comfortable albeit a little small. No drink making facilities in the rooms with a coffee machine only in the reception. They put this on free vend during the hours of breakfast. This hotel is desperate for drinks in the room

Very clean and staff was great and helpful. Bartenders at rooftop bar made the experience very fun.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for our first few days in Rome. The location was amazing — we were able to walk almost everywhere and were so close to so many of the main sights, restaurants, cafés, and everything we wanted to experience. It made exploring Rome so easy. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and such a nice place to come back to after long days walking around the city. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. We had such a great experience here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. We would definitely stay again!
