They gave us a room by the pool. We had to climb down several floors of steep stairs with all our luggage. The restaurant had very limited menu and charged a lot of money for lousy food. We had to go down several floors of steep stairs to go to the waterfront. Again there was not a lot of choice at the waterfront restaurants. Going back upto our room was hell with steep climb. Luckily when we checked out, the manager carried our heavy luggage up the steep stairway to our car. Even the upgraded room was very bad

Overall a really nice hotel with stunning views. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My fiancé was pregnant at the time and they went the extra mile to check ingredients and make off menu items.
We had an issue with a leak in our bathroom one day, but were quickly relocated to a larger room.
