Room cleaning staff were excellent very friendly provided all toiletties
All staff very friendly always happy to help excellent manners breakfast had wide variety of choice n staff excellent too somnath and his crew were just out of this world excellent manners I would recommend this hotel highly we celebrated my birthday n staff surprised me with yummy cake thank you for the best stay at this hotel ever

Main Pool, Gym and Bar were under maintenance however, make shift arrangements were available. I would have preferred if this was informed at the time of booking.
Apart from this, Front Desk, Room Service, Restaurant crew were fablulous and went out of the way to make us feel comfortable.
