Koh Kret Waterpark Holidays

The hotel is a nice hotel in a good location with good breakfast. It isn't too far from a main street and a mall. The main street is very busy so it took a while to get to the hotel, but we used the metro to get around which was easy and quick. We also used the gym which has pretty good equipment.

Stayed here for 4 nights- two couples in two kitchenette suites. Location is great- close to a lot of shopping and trains. Staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Plumbing was unacceptable- kitchenette faucet barely worked and bath faucet was not useful for much other than brushing teeth. Shower was ok but old step-in tub style. The A/C did not work well when we arrived, however they did get that working on day 2. We would probably not stay there again unless it was all we could afford.

The hotel room I received was extremely spacious, just a tad older but nothing that is noticiable but making note if you want something something absolutely new looking. Easy to get to the airport. Not much around the place for attraction, you do need to go a bit out of the way for toursit spots.

Fantastic little boutique with all the luxury and convenience of a larger hotel but much more style :) also the restaurant was surprisingly some of the best drinks and food of our trip!

I am giving this hotel a 1 star. This is due to the lack of effort by the front desk when asking for a billing receipt and to release the security deposit. I write this a month past my stay, since the security deposit has still not been released. I have asked via email multiple times for this and their team has assured me but to no avail. This is terrible customer service and due to this I have put in a chargeback request with my cc on this. Overall the hotel is fine and the cleaning staff is very attentive. The gym was very much lacking and the breakfast was solid. Some positives and negatives about the hotel itself. But the one star is due to the terrible lack of service by the front desk/billing team on the release of deposit.

View from the Balcony was amazing! 56th Floor. Breakfast had plenty of options and the staff were very attentive. Beautiful place to stay. I highly recommend it!
