Great location, close walk to shopping centre and dining. Transport close by and easy to explore other areas. Room had two interconnecting open plan rooms for a family of 4. Small rooms and two tiny bathrooms. Clean and comfortable.

The good: the staff were friendly. Especially at breakfast. Laundry was awesome.
The bad:The room was dirty looking. There was stains on the sheets and some dried food on the ground from a past guest. The carpets didn’t look great. Check in screens weren’t working so the pre check in process didn’t really mean much. On the way out, I asked to go to the lounge to get some water for my son, it was closed but it was just water for a kid, the front desk said I can’t go to the lounge but directed me to the vending machine.

No A/C only heater. But the staff responded FAST w/a portable one. Toilet was a little plugged and they attended to it IMMEDIATELY! Staff here are exceptional!
