The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The fitness center and two pools were appreciated. The service was excellent. Great value for a reasonable price. Would stay here again.

Hotel was nothing much like the pictures, the rooms smelt of damp, they did not want to let us upgrade the room annd told us a local group would be priorotised and told us that’s just how it is. We were asked to pay a city tax which was never stipulated.
One of the nights there was loud noises around the room outside with someone screaming and shouting and also making noises, they would not stop and hotel staff came but did little to resolve it other than offer us another room at 4am!
On the day of checkout they called us at 11am to check out despite checkout being 12pm, like they wanted us to leave asap.

Bring mosquito repellent if you will be lounging by the pool. I got about 10 bites in an hour. Other than that, everything was excellent.
