Nice location. Just walking distance to Dotonbori, Shopping Mall, train station etc. There are nearby 7-11, Family Mart and Supermarket. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and quiet.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in Japan. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Easy walk to trains, shopping and lots of dining options.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and amenities. Ate at 2 of the restaurants, Koyo and Ayatana which were both excellent as was the included breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again next time Kyoto.
