We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made.
The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

The hotel staff was great. They were super helpful with recommendations for places to eat and their English was strong. The suite was large and comfortable. I would use this place again.

When i said i didn't like the layout of my room, the staff on duty were very quick to show me another one that i could change to. I was very pleased with their efficiency and ability to cater to my needs without hesitation.

Rooms need updating. It feels like a psych ward. Casino isn't what you expect. It's a fraction of the size of the ones in the states. It was disappointing. I won't be recommending.
