Beautiful hotel, we never wanted to leave! Pool and restaurant were lovely too. I would go again. Oh, and the view can’t be beat.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The restaurants and breakfast were above standard, with a great selection of healthy and nutritious options. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the pool or spa, we really enjoyed the included boat cruise to downtown Lucerne, it was an amazing experience! Yes, the hotel is expensive, but considering the high-quality breakfast and the beautiful boat ride directly to the center of Lucerne, it was definitely well worth the money.
