Housekeeping was great, they come when you ask and still check every morning too. They has good coffee and the hotel was very clean.

My room had a view of the parking lot. Also, we couldnt get food after midnight.

Bathtub and shower were not clean- gobs of hair on shower wall and dried shaving cream and hair in the tub. Long wait times to reach staff to come clean it up. Lazy river was so full of people, it wasn’t worth being in it. Beds and size of room were great, but we won’t be returning.

The rooms were very clean. The checking process was fast. There were many places to eat for all budget. I did not like the time share people, I felt I had to avoid walking where they were because they will get us everytime we walked by them. I did not like how far the rooms are from the elevador abd the pool área.

Check-in was fast, room was clean but a little dated but nice. La La Noodle was really good and fast service. Primrose for breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend 4/5.
