Walking outside need to be cleaned you.
Security needs to be more after midnight. My daughter was SA and I’m still upset about that.
The unexpected charges of $1500. Our trip was not discussed while booking. All and all I’m not happy with the entire experience.

Emelia at the front desk was great. Even got me an upgrade to a fabulous suite. Everything throughout the property was top-notch. Couldn’t find anything to complain about if I tried.

Room rundown. The air conditioning was loud and constantly blowing. The carpet in balcony was torn and is a tripping hazard. The phone didn’t work and we had to report a rattlesnake outside a room. Security did come and remove snake after I had to call the front desk from a cell phone.
