Everything was amazing! I will definitely give this experience 5 stars. The only small issue was with the vegetarian food. Our group had 10 people, and everyone was vegetarian. The staff made sure to provide vegetarian options at every meal, which we truly appreciated. However, the taste of some of the dishes was a bit unusual. That said, we still enjoyed the trip a lot and were happy to compromise. For future trips, it would be great if you could include more flavorful and varied vegetarian options as well. Muy mala experiencia en este hotel!! El buffet parecía un comedor obrero había muy poca variedad y el pescado o marisco brillaba por su ausencia,en comparación con otros hoteles que nos hospedamos anteriormente en este para reservar en los restaurantes especializados te daban tres cenas nada más,en los otros todas las noches puedes reservar,conseguir leche tibia para mis niños después de las 10 pm es imposible,falta de personal en casi todas las áreas y sacando al personal de animación y los que hacen las recámaras el resto muy poco profesional y amables. Recomiendo mirar otras opciones antes de reservar aquí

Hi, I stayed at The Grand Moon Palace for six days with my daughter and husband, and I wouldn't go back. They sell it as a 5-star resort, but it isn't one; for starters, the pools need maintenance and cleaning. The food gets boring by the third day, and regarding the specialty restaurants, the only one that was halfway decent in our opinion was Mia Casa; the others were nice-looking but had terrible food.You can't swim at the beach due to the sargassum; the red flag is always up. The one really great thing is the internal transport service—it runs very smoothly, and the staff are very attentive. Hopefully, they improve on those other points, because the hotel is really lovely inside.

Our third time to this resort, we love the food the restaurant. Sunrise need some updates to their rooms especially the bathroom.

This place was awesome. Amazing dinners, great staff, and clean and well maintained everything.

Overall, not bad and a good choice for families, but there are several areas that need improvement. The resort is very family-friendly, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, the restaurants and bars were disappointing. The main swim-up bar (Mermaid Bar) was consistently understaffed, with what appeared to be only one bartender working throughout the day. I honestly never managed to order a drink there. The bartender seemed overwhelmed, rarely made eye contact, and often didn’t acknowledge guests waiting at the bar. Even after standing there for quite a while, I was never able to place an order. The drinks I had elsewhere at the resort were also below average. Another downside was that you cannot order food while at the pool. Every time my kids wanted lunch, I had to walk over to Tides, order food to go, and carry the plates all the way back to the pool myself. I never imagined I’d be delivering lunch to my kids at an all-inclusive resort. It completely took away from the poolside experience and felt like a major inconvenience. Most of the restaurants were only open on alternating days, and reservations were not accepted (except for the hibachi restaurant). As a result, expect to wait around an hour for dinner during peak times. The hibachi restaurant technically takes reservations, but they open at 1:00 PM and are usually fully booked within a minute. If you want a reservation, be prepared to refresh the app and count down from 12:59 PM. Otherwise, you will most like
