My first time at Moon Palace after staying in other hotels in the Zona Hotelera. Other for the beach not being swimmable, everything about this hotel was amazing: the service, the staff, amenities, food. Everything also very clean and organized.

Everything was amazing! I will definitely give this experience 5 stars.
The only small issue was with the vegetarian food. Our group had 10 people, and everyone was vegetarian. The staff made sure to provide vegetarian options at every meal, which we truly appreciated. However, the taste of some of the dishes was a bit unusual. That said, we still enjoyed the trip a lot and were happy to compromise.
For future trips, it would be great if you could include more flavorful and varied vegetarian options as well.
