very courteous and friendly staff in spite of their poor English language. The massage section is excellent value and quite professional and respectful.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (366 reviews)
Could have been 5 stars but a power outage from 10pm-2am ruined the stay.
Check in was good. The person that helped with luggage was great. Rooms super modern and new also very spacious and comfy.
Once the power went out the evening was ruined. The communication from front desk was none existent and really poor. There was no updates or explanation as to what happened and how long it would take to fix the problem. The room became really hot as no AC.
No mention of anything at check out. I would also think a hotel like this would have a generator.
