This is a fine option if you just want a barebones room to crash in while visiting Milan. The staff is very nice and professional. Our room for 3 was quite small and the outside wall was baffingly banged up and dirty. The rest of the room was fine - the bathroom was nicely updated which clashed with the rest of worn-down room. Location is very good within a short walk of Crocetta station. Another plus is the fact that within a few steps is an amazingly good and reasonably-priced restaurant, Razdora. If you stay at Crivi's you need to go eat at Razdora - tell chef Matteo that Mathieu from Canada sent you (seriously, just go!)

Clean and modern room and bathroom. Outstanding panoramic view of Milan overlooking Duomo that is only half a mile away. Same view during breakfast or dinner. Highly recommended.

Nice spacious room and helpful staff. Location was very good too. Less than 15 minutes to Duomo and even closer to castle. Grocery store few steps away for water and anything else you need.

Very cosy, central especially for La Scala and Duomo, and comfortable.

The hotel was next door to the duomo and galleria. we were able to take early morning pictures before the crowds arrived. the check in process was easy and were greeted with very friendly staff. the room is very spacious and quiet. it was just a long walk to our room from the elevators.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Castel Hörtenberg in Bolzano. The location is truly perfect—peaceful and tucked away, yet just a short walk to the heart of the city, making it ideal for exploring while still feeling like a private retreat. The entire hotel is immaculate. Every space, from the rooms to the common areas, is spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere.
